With a rich culinary journey spanning continents, I am a seasoned chef with a passion for creating unforgettable dining experiences. Originating from South Africa, my career took off at The Test Kitchen, Africa's top-rated restaurant.
Venturing abroad, I brought my expertise to London, France, and eventually settled in Switzerland, where I had the privilege of serving as a private chef in renowned ski resorts, including Richard Branson's exclusive chalet, The Lodge in Verbier.
